Garlic:  Garlic has a magical effect in lowering the blood pressure level. It makes the body active and reduces the body pain. 2-3 seeds of garlic are the best remedy for high blood pressure.

 

Eating watermelon, pomegranate juice helps to lower blood pressure. Watermelon juice has essential amino acid that is responsible for reducing blood clotting and protect against myocardial infarction. Beet roots are good for natural blood pressure control. It is high in dietary nitrate and increases the amount of nitric oxide in the body, helping blood vessels relax, and lowering blood pressure.
