Diet – Recommendations:
Increased fruits and leafy vegetables with grains and fiber rich foods
Reduce spicy, oily and fried items with moderate salt as it may lead to puffiness of eyelids.
Avoid chocolates, sweets and junk food.
Skin Care Home Remedies:
Rose water is one of the best known natural skin toners.
Neem is an excellent remedy for pimples. Applying paste of neem leaves for half an hour over affected area helps in drying the pimples faster.
Paste of grated cucumber removes excess oil from the skin.
1/4 of smashed ripe banana mixed with sandal powder and honey and applied as face pack, removes dead skin and makes the skin smoother.

Skin care advice for healthy skin
1/2 tsp of rose water mixed with 1 tsp of honey, applied on the face, left for 20 minutes and then washed helps soothe dry skin.
Smearing fresh Aloe Vera juice moisturizes the skin. Massaging your face regularly with almond or olive oil is good for dry skin.
To maintain the vibrancy of skin, apply fresh orange peel over the face.
Few drops of coconut oil around the eyes will help get rid of dark circles.
Raw potato juice, applied over the eyelids for 15 – 20 minutes helps to clear dark circles.
